By accessing and using Ovie ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3Service Description
Ovie (powered by First Three Things) provides the only AI support system built specifically for Optimizely. The service includes AI-powered triage and resolution, knowledge management, continuous learning capabilities, and integration with Azure DevOps for seamless escalation to FTT engineers.
4User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
- Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches
5Data Privacy and Security
We take the privacy and security of your data seriously. All data uploaded to our platform is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties without your consent, except as described in our Privacy Policy.
6Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
- Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Ovie. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such content, goods, or services.
9Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ovie, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
10Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ovie and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
11Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
12Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
13Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
